Welcome to Lipi (mylipi.site). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, video editing tools, and caption generation services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Account Registration

To use Lipi, you must register for an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Services & Subscription Plans

• Editor Plan (Free): Offers 3 video exports or 5 minutes of total video transcription per month. Video output includes the "#lipi" watermark and maximum length is limited to 60 seconds.
• Creator Plan (Paid): Offers 30 video exports or 45 minutes of total video transcription per month at a subscription rate of ₹250/month. The watermark is removed and maximum video length is 3 minutes.

3. Content & Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all video and audio files you upload to Lipi. We do not claim any rights to your content. We temporarily host your files on our secure AWS S3 buckets to perform transcription and video rendering. All uploaded files and rendered outputs are automatically deleted from our servers after 24 hours.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Lipi to transcribe or create videos containing illegal, offensive, defamatory, or copyright-infringing material. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these guidelines.

5. Limitation of Liability

Lipi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any service interruptions, loss of content, or errors in automated transcription.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
