• Video & Audio Files: We collect and process the video files you upload solely for the purpose of transcription, alignment, and burning subtitles.
• Payment Info: All payment transactions are securely handled by our third-party payment partner, Cashfree. We do not store or collect your raw credit card numbers or banking secrets.

2. Data Security & Storage

We use industry-standard security protocols to protect your files. Your uploaded media files are held in secure AWS S3 buckets. To optimize storage and respect user privacy, all uploaded video inputs and finished exports are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers 24 hours after upload.

3. Cookies

We use simple browser cookies and local storage tokens to keep you logged in and preserve your workspace edits. You can manage cookies directly via your browser preferences.

4. Sharing Information

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with any third-party marketing companies. Data is only shared with partners necessary to run our core features, specifically:

• AWS S3 & Lambda: For temporary secure file storage and rendering.
• Cashfree: To process secure payment transactions.
• ElevenLabs & OpenAI: For audio transcription processing.
